Magic of Three is a weekly yoga class series that you can practice with from anywhere!
Each series comes in three parts:
Meditation with introduction of the week's theme, and breath practice
Vinyasa Flow inspired by the week's theme
Yin Deep Stretch connecting mind, body and soul
